General admission tickets include passed hors d’oeuvres, a premium three-course dinner, and 3 drinks included at our bar along with a champagne toast at midnight. Dance the night away with live music by The Company Band! Black tie attire is recommended.
VIP tickets include special perks such as access to the VIP Lounge in our Grand Ballroom with additional desserts and hors d’oeuvres along with VIP dinner seating.

Smoked Salmon Pâté – herb cracker topped with caviar
Bacon Wrapped Dates- with maple sriracha and bleu cheese crumbles
Spanakopita Bites – spinach and feta in a phyllo tarte shell

Brussels Sprout Salad – sliced almonds, dried cranberries, pancetta, parmesan cheese, and blood orange vinaigrette

Kalbi (Korean-style barbecued short ribs) – sauteed garlic broccolini, daikon radish puree & chili crisp
Roasted Half Hen with Honey Dijon Cream Sauce- exotic mushroom risotto and sautéed garlic brocolini
Vegetarian/Vegan option – spaghetti squash with red onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach & marinara

Champagne Truffles- chocolate champagne ganache dipped in white chocolate covered in gold sprinkles
